The warning message "This configuration is not available in Germany" appears in ONGRID applications of TS 48 V, from a required power greater than 18 kW.

In this case, the system configuration would require more than one Sunny Island Cluster, one SMA Multi-Cluster Box and one SMA Grid Connection Box. However, the Grid Connection Box is no longer permitted for grid-parallel operation since the VDE-AR-N 4100 application rule in Germany.

The following three options are available to you:

  1. check the application site of the storage system and your project details.
  2. with an inverter power (nominal) of 18 kW, the configuration can be continued with a TS 48 V system.
  3. by increasing the required inverter power, other TESVOLT storage systems can be considered. For example, a TS-I HV storage system from a power of 80 kW.
